  1. Can you supply a worktop 30mm thick? I can’t use one thicker than that because of my secondary glazing. Do you supply extra wood for a “skirting boards” effect round the edges against the wall?

  2. Hi Carola,

Whilst we do not currently offer 30mm thick worktops, we do offer 27mm worktops in a wide range of different timbers.

We would recommend that you use our solid wood plinths or upstands as skirting boards. Upstands measure 3M X 80mm X 18mm, whilst our plinths are slightly taller and thicker, measuring 3M X 150mm X 20mm. Both are made from solid wood and available in our full range of hardwoods.

    Kind regards,

    Ben @ Worktop Express
