Your worktop delivery is handled by our own in-house team, which means we can deliver on the exact date to suit your requirements.
We hold over 20,000 worktops in stock, meaning we're able to deliver the next day* to the vast majority of the UK Mainland for all standard worktops ordered before 12 noon.
Our specialist team of two drivers will take care of the heavy lifting for you and offload your goods into a clearly accessible ground floor room of your choosing.
We also offer a service on Saturdays to a large number of UK postcodes for an additional charge.

The delivery prices shown are for our 2Man delivery service, which covers the majority of England and Wales. Surcharges may apply in certain areas (such as Scotland / Highlands / Islands for example). The delivery charge for these areas is dependent on the postcode of your delivery address and is shown during the online checkout before payment. Our standard weekday delivery charge starts at £25.00 for your first worktop and £15 for each additional worktop on your order, with charges capped for orders of four or more worktops. The cost of delivery may vary depending on demand - if you are able to be flexible with your delivery date, you may be able to save money by selecting one of our least popular days.

Please note: our 2Man delivery service is only for orders containing worktops, accessory only orders are not eligible for this service. This service is limited to orders of 7 worktops or less. We will confirm your 2-hour time slot with you before your delivery. This will be allocated to allow our drivers to follow the most fuel-efficient route, as such, we are unable to cater to requests for specific delivery times. We will attempt a courtesy call approximately 30 minutes before arrival, however due to signal difficulty in remote areas a call isn't always possible, so please ensure this isn't relied upon and someone is present at the property during the allocated time slot.
For urgent orders where our 2Man service is not available, we offer an overnight courier service, allowing us to deliver next day to the majority of UK Mainland.
Worktops can be collected from any of our nationwide depots in: Gloucester, Harlow, Redhill, Chesterfield, Warrington, Glasgow and Birmingham between 9 am and 3 pm, Monday to Friday. Your worktops will be ready for collection 1-2 working days from placing your order and our team will contact you to let you know when your goods are available. Stock is not held in these locations, so orders must be placed and acknowledged before collection is possible.
For worktop deliveries outside of the Worktop Express® 2Man delivery coverage areas, your order will be delivered by a one-man courier service between 8 am and 6 pm. As this is a one-man service, you will need to ensure that a suitably able person will be available at the premises to assist the driver with the offloading of your order. Standard worktops can weigh between 45 and 85kgs, so due care must be taken when offloading any goods. Delivery is to the nearest ground floor access point of the building only. Please note, certain high-value items are not eligible for next-day delivery with this courier option. The one-man courier service option is clearly displayed, where applicable, when delivery charges are calculated at the online checkout. With this courier service, some surcharges may apply to the Scottish Highlands, off-shore islands, Northern Ireland and Eire. These surcharges can be calculated by one of our advisors after your order has been placed. For large volume orders delivery will be made on a pallet service and where possible we advise a fork lift is available on site to offload the goods.
For small and medium items such as upstands, jigs or splashbacks, your goods will be delivered by a courier service that delivers between 7 am and 6 pm Monday - Saturday (dependent on the delivery option you choose), and will require a signature. There are a variety of courier services available - you could receive your order before 10:30am the next day with our quickest option, or there are a number of other weekday options as well as Saturday delivery services. Provide us with your telephone number and email address, and you'll get a notification of the delivery driver's name and your 1-hour time slot. If you would prefer to organise delivery with a member of staff, please call us on 0345 2222 644 and select the option for delivery. We are also happy to store worktop orders for a certain amount of time to guarantee availability for a future date. We offer this service as we understand how stressful it can be to organise a kitchen installation.
Please note that although every effort will be made to ensure that delivery occurs during the estimated timeslot specified, due to unforeseen conditions - such as traffic - delivery can occasionally take place at a slightly different time from the slot specified.
It is essential that all worktops are checked upon receipt before they are signed for. If any of the packaging appears to be damaged or not intact, the goods must be signed for as "damaged" and a damage report should be filled out with the driver. If someone is signing for the goods on your behalf, please ensure that he/she is aware of and understands the terms of delivery. We need to be informed of any damage within 2 calendar days of receipt. Failure to comply with any of the above will result in a void claim. Due to the insurance liability, we cannot accept responsibility for any damaged items signed for as "clear", "unchecked" or in "good condition".
