All standard worktops are available for immediate delivery from stock (unless stated otherwise). Next day delivery is available to the vast majority of UK Mainland for all worktops ordered before 12 noon. Moreover - as our website operates a live stock and delivery booking system - each customer can select his/her delivery date at point of order, allowing quick and easy confirmation of time-frame.
We cover the majority of England, Wales and Scotland on weekdays with our premium 2Man delivery service - an in-house service that we are proud to offer without extra cost to our customers. As part of this service our specialist team of two drivers will offload your goods and, when reusable packaging is used, will also unpack and remove this outer layer of packaging (please note that though the layer of reusable packaging will be removed, your worktops will always be left within the innermost layer of shrink-wrap - this is necessary for their protection).
We also offer a 1Man Saturday delivery service to selected postcodes. With this service, we provide a two-hour delivery slot between 7am and 3pm. Our driver will call when approximately thirty minutes from your property - to give notice - and will offload the worktop to a ground floor room of your choosing. Please note that this is a one-man service and as such an able-bodied person must be present at the time of delivery to assist the driver with the offloading and carrying of your goods. As with our 2Man service, reusable packaging will be used where possible (if so, all outer packaging will be removed from your property once delivery has been completed). For this option, prices vary from standard. Please see Delivery Option 2 below for more information on the prices and available postcodes.
Please note that all delivery lead times stated above are for standard items and do not include bespoke worktops, or worktops altered as part of our bespoke cutting service (including those placed online using our bespoke worktop tool). Standard delivery prices shown are for the majority of England and Wales. Surcharges may occur to certain areas (such as Scotland / Highlands / Islands, for example). The correct delivery charge dependent on the postcode of the delivery address is shown during checkout before payment.

Due to the popularity of the Worktop Express® 2man service, we would recommend that you book your 2Man delivery a few days in advance to guarantee reservation of your desired date. We will confirm a 2 hour time slot with you before your delivery, but this will be allocated to allow our drivers to follow the most fuel efficient route and as such we are unable to cater to requests.
For urgent orders where our 2Man service is not available, we offer an overnight courier service, allowing us to deliver next day to the majority of UK Mainland.
Delivery is organised to occur on a suitable day. For our courier service to surcharge areas - which is one man only - an able-bodied person is required to be present at the delivery address on the day of delivery to assist the driver with offloading. Please note that standard worktops can weigh between 45/85kgs, so due care must be taken when offloading any goods. Delivery is to the nearest ground floor access point of the building only.

Worktops can be collected from our depots in: Gloucester, Harlow, Redhill, Chesterfield, Warrington, Glasgow and Birmingham between 9am and 3pm, Monday to Friday. Our team will ensure your worktops are ready for collection 1-2 working days from making your order and will contact you to let you know that your goods are available. Stock is not held in these locations, so orders must be placed and acknowledged prior before collection is possible.
When collecting your worktops, please note that we are unable to provide any assistance in loading your vehicle, so you will need to bring an able-bodied person along to aid with lifting.
For deliveries outside of the Worktop Express® 2Man delivery coverage areas, we utilise a one-man delivery service delivering between the hours of 8am and 6pm. As this is a one-man service, you will need to ensure that an able-bodied person will be available at the premises to assist the driver with the offloading of your order. The driver will assist with the transportation of your items to the nearest ground floor access point only. Please note that certain high value items are not eligible for next-day delivery with this courier option (in such cases, the option will not be displayed on the 'Shipping Estimator' or checkout page). Our overnight courier service option is clearly displayed - where applicable - when delivery charges are calculated on the 'Shopping Cart' website page and at checkout.
With this courier service some surcharges may apply to the Scottish Highlands, off-shore islands, Northern Ireland and Eire. These surcharges can be calculated by one of our advisors after your order has been placed.
For small and medium items such as jigs or splashbacks, the courier service that we use delivers between 7am and 6pm Monday - Saturday (dependent on the delivery option you choose), and will require a signature. There are a variety of services available: receive your product as soon as pre-10:30am the next day, or choose from many other weekday options, as well as a variety of Saturday delivery services. Provide us with your telephone number and email address, and you'll get a notification of the delivery driver's name and your 1 hour time slot. The full list of delivery choices is displayed at the checkout. We also use this service (at no charge) for delivery of samples.
Costs begin at £25.00 for the first worktop, plus £15.00 for each additional worktop (UK Mainland). We offer free delivery on all accessories (including upstands) when purchased with a worktop. Please note that though every effort will be made to ensure that delivery occurs during the timeslot specified, due to unforeseen conditions - such as traffic - delivery can occasionally take place at a slightly different time from the slot specified.

If you would prefer to organise delivery with a member of staff, please do call us on 0345 22 22 644 and a member of our team will be glad to assist. We are also happy to store any worktop orders for a certain amount of time to guarantee availability and stock holding for a future date. We offer this service as we understand how stressful it can be to organise a kitchen installation; indeed, many of our customers will book worktop orders and delivery dates in advance to remove it from their to-do lists!
All worktop orders are packaged to a high standard to ensure a swift and trouble-free arrival.
It is essential that all worktops are checked upon receipt before they are signed for. If any of the packaging appears to be damaged or not intact, the goods must be signed for as "damaged" and a damage report should be filled out with the driver. If someone is signing for the goods on your behalf, please ensure that he/she is aware of and understands the terms of delivery. We need to be informed of any damage within 24 hours of receipt. Failure to comply with any of the above will result in a void claim. Due to the insurance liability, we cannot accept responsibility for any damaged items signed for as "clear", "unchecked" or in "good condition".
