The "Win Your Worktop Back" competition ("Competition") is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 and over, excluding employees and their immediate families of Worktop Express and any associated companies, their agents, or anyone else professionally connected with this Competition.

Entry Period:

The Competition will run from 29/01/24 to 16/12/24

There will be four separate quarterly draws within the year-long duration of the competition. Entry deadlines for each quarterly draw are as follows: 05/04/24, 30/06/24, 30/09/24, and 16/12/24.

How to Enter:

To enter the Competition, participants must share their worktops image on Instagram and tag @worktopexpress or complete the online entry form available at worktop-express.co.uk/competition.

Participants can also submit videos to gain additional entries. One portrait video equals five additional entries.

Entries must adhere to the guidelines outlined on the competition webpage.

A worktop purchase from Worktop Express is necessary to enter and win this Competition.

Prize:

There will be four winners throughout the year, one per quarterly draw.

Each winner will receive a prize equivalent to the cost of their worktop, up to a maximum value of £800.

The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

Winner Selection:

Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received for each quarterly draw.

The draw will take place within seven days of the respective quarterly entry deadline.

Winners will be notified via Instagram direct message or email within 14 days of the draw date.

General Conditions:

By entering the Competition, participants agree to allow Worktop Express to use their entry content for promotional purposes.

Worktop Express reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Competition at any time without prior notice.

The decision of Worktop Express regarding any aspect of the Competition is final and binding.

Data Protection:

Personal information collected for this Competition will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Competition and will not be disclosed to any third party without the entrant's prior consent.

Governing Law:

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
