Our samples are available in generous sizes and by offering different sample thicknesses we hope that customers might be able to find their preferred options more readily (and even compare thicknesses if necessary).

Worktop samples are refundable on a one-for-one basis against a future worktop order, for example if you order two worktop samples and proceed to purchase two worktops (or more), both samples will be fully refunded.

We offer samples in our entire worktop range to help you with selecting the correct product for your requirements. We positively encourage you to place a sample of our wood next to a competitors’ example, even those that charge three times the price, and we are confident that the difference will be plain to see.

Please note: Our samples are oiled on the top face with one coat of Habiol Wood Oil to create the appearance of a final product. The underside is left un-oiled to show the product in its natural state.

Delivery & Returns

Our Two Person Home Delivery Service will deliver to a ground floor room of your choice with clear access on a day that’s convenient for you. Costs start from £29.50 for one worktop plus £15 for each additional worktop (charges capped at 3 worktops) – order before 12 noon for next-day delivery. If your items do not arrive as expected, please notify us within 2 calendar days of delivery so we can arrange repair or replacement. Should you change your mind once you have received your goods, please inform us within 14 calendar days of delivery – find out more on our returns information page.
