An upstand is mounted at the back of your worktop to provide continuity between your worktop and wall. This is an easy and tidy alternative to precision cutting your worktop to fit against an uneven wall and provides an easy-to-clean surface to guard against spills and splashes.

Please note: This item should not be fitted directly behind a hob without additional protection. Our laminate upstands come with the short edges unfinished. We recommend purchasing a matching edging strip and trimming to size before applying to provide protection to the exposed core and give your upstand professional finish.

Our post-formed laminate worktops are delivered with unfinished short sides. The number of post-formed long sides depends on the width of worktop that you have ordered:

Delivery & Returns

Our Two Person Home Delivery Service will deliver to a ground floor room of your choice with clear access on a day that’s convenient for you. Costs start from £29.50 for one worktop plus £15 for each additional worktop (charges capped at 3 worktops) – order before 12 noon for next-day delivery. If your items do not arrive as expected, please notify us within 2 calendar days of delivery so we can arrange repair or replacement. Should you change your mind once you have received your goods, please inform us within 14 calendar days of delivery – find out more on our returns information page.
