When cutting laminate it leaves exposed edges open to damage and water ingress, which is why you will require edging strips to protect these edges.

Maruyama Cherry's luxury laminate surface is highly durable and extremely versatile. Being water and abrasion-resistant, this is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a suitable alternative to natural wood without forgoing the desirable elegance and character.

This laminate worktop edging strip can be easily attached to the exposed edge of the worktop using PVA or a similar adhesive designed for this purpose. Once fitted, the Maruyama Cherry edge trim can be cut down and sanded until it is flush with the edge of the worktop for a perfect finish.
