QUESTION:

“I’d like to replace the worktop on our kitchen island which is starting to look quite dated. Do you sell any replacement worktops for the island, or can you make one to my specification?”

Have you decided on the right surface to match your kitchen? We sell a variety of solid wood worktops up to 1240mm wide, and many laminate worktops up to 900mm wide, all of which would be suitable for an island.

We would usually advise that kitchen islands have a soft edge profile applied to protect the edges. You may also want to consider rounded radius corners, depending on the shape of the kitchen units that make up the island.
