Our worktops are available in a variety of configurations, including our standard 40mm-wide staves, 90mm-wide Deluxe staves (exclusive to Worktop Express) and 90mm-wide full staves.
Choose the customisations that you require. You can explore our wood worktop cutting service page to find out more information about each type of bespoke cut.
If you would like to order a kitchen work surface or breakfast bar worktop with curved radius corners or ellipse ends, we will need to know specific details about your preferred radius. Find out how to calculate this in our radius corners nutshell guide.
In the case of sink, hob and tap hole cut-outs, it is important to also have their dimensions to hand, so that we can create a unique template for your made-to-measure work surface.
Once your order has been placed, our fabrication team will send you a CAD drawing of your custom worktops. We strongly recommend double-checking that all the stated measurements are correct. Once you approve this drawing, we will process your order and set to work creating your beautiful new work surface. The fabrication process takes between three and five working days (or just two working days if only pre-oiling and/or cut to size are required). Following this, please allow one to three working days for delivery.
