Delivery Details
All Worktops are available for immediate delivery from stock (unless stated otherwise). Delivery can occur as soon as two working days after purchase, and next day delivery is usually available on worktops purchased before 12-noon. We organise delivery to occur on a weekday of your choice, because an able bodied person is required to be present at the delivery address on the day of delivery to assist the driver with offloading any worktops. Please note that worktops can weigh between 45/85kg's, so due care must be taken when offloading any goods.
Delivery Cost - £25.00 for the 1st worktop, plus £15.00 for each additional worktop (UK Mainland). We offer free delivery an all accessories when purchased with a worktop. All of our worktops are available for immediate delivery on a 48hr service, unless stated otherwise. After purchase, we will contact you to organise a suitable delivery date as a suitably able person is required at the delivery address on the day of delivery to help the delivery driver offload. Although delivery will usually occur from 9am-5pm, due to unforeseen traffic conditions and matters out of our control please note that delivery can occasionally occur from 8am-6pm on the date specified. We are happy to deliver worktop orders on the day of your choice, and we can also store the worktops in stock for you until the exact date that they are required. Timed and Saturday deliveries are also available, please call us for current availability and pricing.
If you place an order over the telephone, we organise delivery immediately. If you purchase online we will contact you shortly after payment is received on the telephone supplied to arrange a suitable delivery date. You may email us after making your purchase to request a delivery day as this may expedite the service. We are also happy to store any worktop orders for a certain amount of time to guarantee availability and stock holding for a future date. We offer this service as we understand how stressful it can be to organise a kitchen installation, so many of our customers will book their worktop order and delivery date in advance to remove it from their do-to list!
All worktop orders are packaged to a high standard to ensure a swift and trouble free arrival. It is essential that all worktops are checked upon receipt before they are signed for. If any of the packaging appears to be damaged or not intact, the goods need to be signed for as "damaged" and a damage report will need to be filled out with the driver. If someone is signing for the goods on your behalf please ensure that they are both made aware of and understand the terms of delivery. We need to be informed of any damage within 24 hours of receipt. Failure to comply to any of the above will result in a void claim. Due to the insurance liability, we cannot accept any responsibility for damaged items signed for as "clear", "unchecked" or in "good condition".
